This is absolutely the best recipe for breakfast sausage that I have ever tired!

I make it every week when I do meal prep!


AIP Breakfast Sausage Recipe

16 oz. ground turkey

1 tsp. hickory smoked salt

1/4 t. granulated garlic

1/2 t. dried parsley flakes

1 1/2 tsp. ground sage

1/4 tsp. ground thyme

1/8 tsp. dried oregano


Mix very well.

Shape into 2 oz. balls, and press into patties.

Cook right away, or freeze individually on a cookie sheet and thaw as needed.
